Advice about a long distance relationship?

My boyfriend and I are in a long distance relationship, we won't see each other until November or December. He wants to have phone sex. The problem is I am EXTREMELY shy. He's been patient with me about it so far, but I can tell it's starting to get to him. He's a lot bolder than I am, he has no problem telling me what he wants to do and taking care of himself with me on the phone. I can touch myself, but he wants me to make noises and I just can't bring myself to do it. Any advice to help me overcome the shyness?Advice about a long distance relationship?
I was in the same position myself:) Gonna see him December 19th but anyway what helped me get over it was practicing by myself. Once you get use to making the noises and stuff out loud it should help you be less embarrassed about it while you're on the phone. You will never become completely comfortable though until you try it a few times. Don't psyche yourself out about it so much...sometimes laughing together in the beginning breaks the tension and takes the pressure off the whole thing.
