I asked this girl out a week ago and she said yes. we talk on the phone alot, and the conversations are good. however, we havent held hands or kissed or nothing. we talk but now what should I do? its been a weekI need some relationship advice?

Well its only been a week since you asked her out! If you want to kiss her or hold hands with her be the first one to make the move but make her feel comfortable but just do it at a random time!
