As far as advice you will explain what your situation is, you probably already have the answers inside of you what you need is someone to really listen to you and hear what it is you have to say. Most people want to be heard, they do not need other people to solve their problems they just need to feel that some one else understands, and hears what it is that they are saying and can be empathetic to their situation.
