I thought I was over it but once I found out he was dating his ex I began to get jealous, and to top it off I am good friends with his next door neighbor, who is gay and is interested in him and always asks me questions. Have a good talk with your gay neighbour about this ex. Clearly you want to move on, and it would be so much easier if he didn't keep on asking you about him.
I suggest that you and your gay neighbour go out together a few times, as friends. You'll have a laugh, at any rate.
